Terms of Service
Last updated: April 8, 2026
Agreement
By accessing or using MyPrepGuide, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Not medical advice
MyPrepGuide is a logistics and scheduling companion. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow instructions from your licensed health care providers and contact them with clinical questions or emergencies.
Use of the service
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the service.
Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter (for example, procedure time and plan selection). Schedules and reminders depend on that information.
Notifications
Push or other notifications depend on your device settings and connectivity. They are a convenience feature and not a substitute for following your clinician's written instructions.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPrepGuide and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may modify these Terms or the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by applicable law.
